We are looking for a new team member to join our team in Banjaluka as a UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer who can bring both creativity and functionality to our products and campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design and visual storytelling. Experience in the gambling/iGaming industry is a strong advantage and will help you quickly connect with our audience and product needs.

Role Overview:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will design intuitive web and mobile experiences, while also contributing to marketing and promotional materials across digital and print. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure smooth implementation and consistency across platforms. Extra bonus points if you have hands-on experience with After Effects for motion design or have worked with Spine 2D.

Responsibilities:

- Work on designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes

- Translate product requirements into intuitive, visually appealing designs

- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation

- Ensure consistency of design across different platforms and devices

- Be an active contributor in brainstorming sessions

- Continuously improve design processes, tools, and workflows

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Ability to create responsive designs and adapt layouts for web and mobile

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills

- Good communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions

What is nice to have for this position (extra bonus points):

- Hands-on experience with After Effects for motion and micro-interactions

- Previous exposure to Spine 2D animation

- Familiarity with design systems

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to better collaborate with developers

- Ability to work independently and proactively support other team members
