DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in building, automating, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our products and development teams.

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our products, improving deployment workflows through automation, and ensuring high availability, security, and performance across cloud and on-premise environments. You'll work closely with development teams to optimize CI/CD processes, troubleshoot complex infrastructure challenges, and support the reliable delivery of software.

• Design, build, and maintain development tools and infrastructure
  
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, and select the right tools for the job
  
• Automate development, release, and deployment processes wherever possible
  
• Administer Windows and Linux servers across cloud and on-prem environments
  
• Keep systems secure and hardened against cybersecurity threats
  
• Handle incident management and root cause analysis
  
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure development follows established processes
  
• Participate in project planning and technical decision-making
  
• Report periodically on progress to management and clients

• Networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPC, load balancing, VPN)
  
• Windows and Linux server administration
  
• Web servers and reverse proxies: IIS, nginx, Traefik
  
• Git and CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI)
  
• Docker
  
• Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo
  
• Cloudflare
  
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Hetzner)
  

Nice to have:

• PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis
  
• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Go
  
• Monitoring and logging stacks (Grafana, ELK)
